We try and implement that within this workshop using the [[WikiBot]] and the [[Semantic Wiki]], where [[Participants]] are encouraged to use wikilinks within their conversations to stash ideas for later curation into more formal and structured information. We are thinking here of gradual enrichment in the context of the [[Garden and Stream]] rather than strictly having [[Documents]] as a source, as we are thinking in terms of a collaborative process like the workshop :)
