Get set up on this Wiki
Steps:
- Sign up for an account (see "create an account" at the top right, or use this link: https://synthesis-infrastructures.wiki/index.php?title=Special:CreateAccount&returnto=Participant+Onboarding+Checklist). NOTE (for the CAPTCHA): CSCW stands for Computer-Supported Cooperative Work
- Find your profile under Participants and edit as desired.

Get set up on our Discord
Steps:
- Join Discord with this link: https://discord.gg/TpPkYRr2kW
- NOTE: If you're asked for your birthday, you don't have to put in your real info if you don't want to!
- Look for a message from Carl-bot in #front-door. Follow the bot's instructions to get appropriate roles on the Discord server.
- If you like, customize your server nickname (think of this as your name badge for the workshop). Use "Edit Server Profile", or see further instructions here.

- Share a question, resource, idea or something else that you're thinking about in relation to the workshop's themes.
- Engage with contributions from someone else.
